Captain Manta is a game set in a sort of Steam Punk Theatre , based on Jules Verne "20.000 leagues under the sea"
The concept I developed sees a Pop up Book as the set where most of the action takes place. The Story takes us through the relevant events of the game  by entering and exiting the depth of the. book pages.
It was a slightly different approach in terms of style and execution in comparison with what we'd been doing historically. Everything, including pre production, was produced using 2 Illustrators, one 2d animator and a 3d generalist in under 4 weeks.
As per usual, I have used my own approach to direction and laid out the key shots in a very rough storyboard on a white board, while assisted by one other person, in this case Ryan Markkula. This storyboard will then be developed into a cleaner version by myself or an available Artist. With regards to this project, Rasool Ahmadi executed the final storyboard.
